About Us

Our Story

We are Thao and Laura and study food technology at the Technical University of Berlin. We both met in the third semester, and since then we’ve been going through thick and thin.

The knowledge we have gained from our studies in food technology, together with our previous experience in this field, helps us to understand and identify the opportunities that exist. And it’s not only about creating innovative ideas and seeing the entrepreneurial opportunities when the idea becomes a marketable product.
Much more, all those days in the lab when things just didn’t work out, taught us how important the mindset of entrepreneurship is. The potential of our product and the belief that Upcycling can be realised in the food industry is what drives us. With the motivation to do our own thing, we keep pushing the boundaries and move on to the next thing.
